We want to hear your ideas. For example, recently, Ms. Helen Hughes, a resident of Clemson Downs saw an opportunity. Our Corley Center had been in need of sound improvement. Following a consultation from a sound technician from the Brooks center, it was determined that covered foam panels would enrich the listening experience in the large room.

BENCHES: Bea Rial is pictured above sitting on an outdoor bench in front of building B. The bench was purchased by the Foundation thanks to a donation in memory of a former Downs resident.
A MOBILE TRAFFIC SPEED INDICATOR was installed on the Clemson Downs property to enhance the safety of residents and others who live nearby and walk our streets for exercise.
