We are happy to accept donations in honor or memory of someone. Also, the Foundation accepts stock and estate bequests.

purchase a leaf, a fundraising opportunity

A replica of the Foundation logo has been painted on the wall outside the dining room.  The idea is to ‘sell’ a leaf in memory or in honor of someone; for $250 you get a leaf on the wall with the name of your honoree and your donation will fund the many CARC Foundation projects.  We will expand the leaf area as it becomes necessary.

 We recognize the following levels of giving. Donor names will be published along with our annual report.

  • Bronze – $250+
  • Silver – $500+
  •  Gold – $1,000+
  • Platinum – $5,000+
  • Diamond – $10,000+

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY:  Just outside the entrance to our dining room is a replica of the CARC Foundation logo painted by intern Kayla Frady who is a Clemson University student. You can help fund the many CARC Foundation projects by  “purchasing” a leaf for $250 and designate an honoree or memoriam.  The name of your honoree or memoriam will be painted on a leaf.

SUPPORT FOR TRI-COUNTY NURSING PROGRAM: Clemson Downs, CARC Foundation, Inc. and the Clemson Downs Volunteers each proudly made a $1500 contribution to the College’s Foundation to continue its support of the Tri-County Technical College nursing program. This donation will support three future nurses as they continue their education at Tri-County.
